LADDER PROGRAM MANAGER

Austin, Texas

ROLE INTRO

Ladder is looking for a Program Manager to help oversee strategy, management and success of some of our Influencer Coach-led fitness programs on Ladder.

Our Program Managers are business owners, critical drivers of the success of their programs and the business overall. They will work closely with their coach partners and represent their coaches’ and programs’ performance and needs to internal stakeholders.

This is a unique role at an exciting time for our high growth, early-stage company with a BIG mission. Program Managers touch every aspect of the management and success of the programs they cover - from business strategy and operations, project management, marketing, customer engagement and support.

Our ideal candidate is a hands-on leader: hungry, inquisitive, creative, proactive, energetic and driven. We’re especially interested in candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment, are highly organized and who has program management, account coordination, and/or customer success experience at high growth companies. If you are looking for your personal MBA, this is it!
